  3. Jet engines have been proposed and attempted but simple empirical observation confirms the vast aerosol pollution is deployed by ports and nozzles. Keep in mind there are many “covert” operations polluting with different chemistry and biologicals to fit numerous outcomes. The most dangerous patents are those not published because the REAL operation is classified. As a result, a published patent may not be anything more than a form of distraction or “limited hangout”.
